disconnected to connected.. my Story....

I am finally connected to the rest of the world today... two months after joining Nomura... The reason it took this long - Rules.. yes...

well the thing is after i moved to Mumbai... my priority was finding a place to stay.. once that was done.... i needed to get a Laptop... once i had my own laptop.... i had thought, in this world of connectivity.. it would not take muchh time for me to get a connection... but that was not to be.. after i had researched a bit on the internet plans... i zeroed on one service provider, and called them... the reply i had expected was sure.. you will get a connection tomorrow... but the one i got was... madam we will check availability in your area and get back to you.... after two days they got back saying service not available... then i found out from my friends staying in nearby societies about the connections that they were using and called up almost all of the providers and i got the same reply from everybody... my frustration growing each day.....
finally last sunday i had to go to my society's office for some reason... and there i came to know that my society had a rule... only MTNL connection was allowed... MTNL being the only one whom i had not contacted coz i thot that would take a long time and i wanted to be connected ASAP... but i was so wrong... i went to the MTNL last monday and lo... in a week... i am connected!!!! SALUT to MTNL and to the society which has suchh weird rules bcoz of which an person cant take an internet connection of onew own choice.... such is my story... and now that i am connected again... i will be able to publish some more blogs :)
