Jiyo zindagi jee bhar ke!!

I spend a lot of my time trying to cheer up my friends who are low due to some reason or another.

These days especially... when there is JOB change in the air... everyone is busy giving interviews.

I had also given a lot many interviews.... but I failed to clear all interviews from companies which I would have loved to join... not because they were better than my current company... but simply because they were in Pune...and I was able to clear this interview... which landed me a Job in Mumbai... which I had not wanted initially....

The interview I cleared was the toughest of all that I had given... so failing the others did not mean that there was lacking in me... probably it was just that their requirements did not match my skills... or it was destiny.... not sure if everyone believes in it... but whatever...

So that is what I keep telling my friends... if they have failed an interview... why not look at the positive side of it? They got a new experience... some new questions which they have to find answers to.... and a better job to look forward to.

There’s much worse that keeps happening to us than failing some stupid interviews. There are many times in our lives when we get so saddened... so depressed by some events in our life... that we think that nothing is going right in our lives... but then even if those events seem disastrous at the time... at some point in life... when we look back... we might actually be glad about those sad events in our lives... obviously not all events can be said to be in the end for the good... but most are... and yes... until you have faced some hardships... some sadness... some obstacles... you'll not be able to value true happiness... true success.

Something else I have observed is that at times we get so involved with cribbing about things that are going wrong... that we forget to straighten them out... After all there’s always we can do about things that are going wrong... and if we can’t... well there’s no point worrying and cribbing about them.

Most of our unhappiness’s are self brought I believe. We complain so much about so many things... we want to achieve such great things... want such comforts... that we forget to derive happiness from little things in life that keep happening to us... we are so busy focussing at the destination... the manzil... that we forget to enjoy the journey...

Life is to be lived and enjoyed each day... not only on Friday nights...

I know it’s easy to preach and difficult to practise... and yes at times I also need cheering up... after all I am human... but ya... most times I am a happy person... believing in the fact that Life is Beautiful

Zindagi har haal me hasne ka naam hai

Girkar uthna.. uthkar chalne ka naam hai

Bigdi ko sawaarne ka..naam hai

Rootho ko manane ka naam hai

Dher sapne sajane ka naam hai..

Sach ko apnane ka naam hai

Gam me bhi geet khushi ke gaane ka naam hai....

Zindagi har haal me hasne ka naam hai

  2. First i thot after reading the title of the post is that may be its something related to Revital tablets(jiyo zindagi ji bhar ke!):P
But after reading ur post, i wish that tablet really was effective coz its just what we exactly need when we are down and out in our day to day battles.
Forget my poor methaphor, but yeah ur post is somewhere on the lines of those songs, 'Kal ho na ho" or "zindagi hasne gaane ke liye hai pal, do pal" types.
Moreover,i found it very reflective of what one is thinking right now and for me, i cud see in it the message that "jo hota hai achhe ke liye hota hai!" Good one, Cheers! Keep writing.

  4. Just to add one more fact to this post :

You may even find that there exists a section under we the people who already knows about the facts that are nicely elaborated in the post above. But then the question comes up that even after knowing all these things how could such a person or a group tend to think on the negative side keeping aside these ultimate truth bundles??
A wise person could very promptly answer this question by saying "This simply means that such a person or a group have merely taken these advices/lessons as a bed time story and they are not even interested (or rather are lazy enough) in following such principles."
But even this answer seems to be a generalized one. In my opinion (or rather based on what I have observed up till now), there is a magical word, the lack of which influences the thought process of the person/group in focus ------> "PATIENCE". There can be instances wherein a person believing in himself/herself and having a positive attitude is subjected to a series of bad events which are not at all in his/her control. This leaves such a person to react in either of the following two ways:
    1. Give Up and Crib
    2. Wait for the things to settle down and then try again with your best efforts....

Indeed point number 2 is, by all means, the best approach... but it requires "PATIENCE" in great amount. Lack of patience can force even a positive minded person to think on the negative side which can ultimately escort him/her towards self destruction.
